As each piece is produced in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotions.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and are provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. dirtdirtdirt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
